Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, accessing Aura Arena or submitting content, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines and any campaign-specific terms shown in the App.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and age
Aura Arena is for users aged 16 and above. Under-16 access is prohibited.
Users under 18 must provide verifiable parental or guardian consent where required. You must provide accurate information and may not create an account for another person without permission.
Accounts and security
- Keep your phone number, login method and account information accurate.
- Protect OTPs, passwords, devices and recovery methods. Tell Aura promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person may not operate multiple accounts to manipulate scores, rankings, rewards or campaigns.
- Creator, brand and admin features may be invite-only, approval-based or subject to additional terms.
Challenges and attempts
A challenge may contain a brief, instructions, a reference video or other rules. Follow the published challenge requirements and safety warnings.
You may take unlimited challenges and, where the challenge permits, unlimited attempts. Unless the challenge says otherwise, only your highest verified score counts. Non-highest attempts are normally deleted after seven days, subject to safety, fraud, legal or dispute exceptions.
Do not attempt dangerous, unlawful or harmful acts to improve a score.
Leaderboard & public display
Your display name, profile picture and Aura score are shown publicly on global and challenge leaderboards to other users. This is a core feature of the app. To stop appearing, delete your account
Aurasense scores and leaderboards
Aurasense scores the published performance criteria, not appearance or unrelated personal traits. Scores may be automated and may contain errors.
Aura may validate, correct, remove or hold a score when there is a technical issue, rights complaint, fraud signal, duplicate submission or rule violation.
Leaderboards may be global, city, country, creator, category or campaign-specific. They may use verified score, Aura progression, Trust status or another published rule.
Auras, levels and progression
Auras, Aura XP, levels, badges and streaks are platform progression records. They are not cash, a bank balance or a promise of monetary value unless a specific offer says otherwise.
Aura may correct, reverse or remove progression awarded through an error, fraud, duplicate account, invalid attempt or rule violation. Generation credits, where offered, are separate from Auras.
Rewards, offers and coupons
Offers may unlock at a level or eligibility band. Unlock, offer view, claim, issued code and merchant redemption are separate states.
Rewards are subject to stock, geography, age, expiry, supplier rules, campaign terms and eligibility checks. Aura remains the source of truth for eligibility; a provider webhook cannot award Auras or override eligibility.
Daily claim limits, including one coupon per player per day where configured, may apply. Aura does not promise that a merchant will accept a code unless the offer terms say so.
Brand and AI-ad contests
A brand may provide a brief and evaluate user-created ads. Campaign terms will identify the sponsor, eligibility, tools, judging, prize or Auras, rights, music, disclosures, data use, deadlines and disqualification rules.
Generation credits are separate from Auras. Aura controls the flow through its own screens and records an award only after the required brand confirmation.
A final submission may be frozen after preflight checks. Winning or finalist content may receive additional rights or retention terms only when the campaign terms clearly say so.
Your content and licence to Aura
You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights of other people and third parties.
You give Aura a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for the term needed to host, store, process, score, moderate, display, distribute and promote your content as necessary to operate the Services. Campaign terms may contain a different or additional rights grant.
Do not upload content unless you have the necessary rights, permissions and releases for the intended audience, territory, term and commercial use.
Prohibited conduct
- No harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, grooming, non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, impersonation or dangerous challenges.
- No bots, scripts, replay attacks, fake engagement, duplicate accounts, score manipulation, stolen credentials, chargeback abuse or reward fraud.
- No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malware-containing or confidential content that you are not authorised to share.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorised access, interference with the Services or copying of Aura's product, scoring or reward systems.
Objectionable content and abusive users
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Aura Arena. This includes content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or that infringes others' rights. Users can report content and block other users in the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and remove the accounts of users who post it.
Moderation and account action
Aura may label, age-restrict, limit visibility, mute, remove, correct a score or reward, suspend features, suspend an account or terminate access when necessary for safety, rights, law or platform integrity.
You may appeal through the route shown in the notice. Aura may preserve restricted evidence for safety, fraud, legal, copyright or dispute purposes.
Third-party services
Aura may use authentication, cloud, AI, music, analytics, reward, payment and fulfilment providers. Their own terms may apply to their part of the service.
Aura is not responsible for a merchant, provider or external site outside its reasonable control, but will provide the support or escalation route described in the offer or campaign terms.
Disclaimers, changes and governing law
Aura Arena is provided on an available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular score, ranking, reward, merchant redemption or campaign outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, Aura is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms removes a non-excludable consumer right.
Aura may change the Services or Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required.
