What this covers

This policy covers videos, music, sound recordings, compositions, lyrics, photographs, artwork, logos, fonts, scripts, captions, advertisements, AI outputs, brand assets, challenge references and profile material.

Your responsibility

  • Upload only content you created or have permission to use for the particular purpose, territory, term, audience and commercial context.
  • Do not assume something is free because it is online, short, popular, credited, used by other creators or available through a personal subscription.
  • Do not remove watermarks, rights-management information, attribution or technical restrictions.
  • Obtain permissions and releases for third-party people, voices, likenesses, private information, music, brands, fonts, stock and AI references.

How to send a copyright notice

Use the copyright contact in the App's Legal and Support section. Include your name and contact details, a description of the work, the exact Aura location or submission ID, why the use is unauthorised, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement and an electronic or physical signature.

Copyright contact: [insert copyright contact].

How Aura responds

  • Aura may ask for missing information, restrict access, mute audio, disable sharing, remove material, contact the uploader, seek a licence or take no action when a notice is incomplete or unsupported.
  • Aura may act before a complete notice where there is an urgent privacy, child-safety, impersonation or safety risk.
  • Aura may preserve reported material, metadata, account records and notices for legal, safety, audit or dispute purposes.

Appeal and counter-notice

If you believe content was removed or restricted by mistake, use the support or appeal route in the App. Explain why you own or are licensed to use the content and provide evidence.

Aura may restore content if a complaint is withdrawn, unsupported, resolved by a licence or otherwise permitted by law. Restoration is not guaranteed where a court order, safety issue or campaign restriction applies.

AI, trademarks and publicity rights

AI generation does not guarantee originality or non-infringement. Review prompts, references and outputs before submitting. Do not use AI to imitate a real creator, brand, actor, musician or copyrighted character in a misleading or infringing way.

Trademark and publicity complaints should identify the mark or person, the disputed use and the reason it may mislead, impersonate or exploit.

Bad-faith reports and Aura materials

Do not submit knowingly false, misleading, abusive or automated copyright notices. Aura may restrict misuse of the reporting process.

Aura owns or licenses the Aura Arena name, software, user interface, scoring systems, challenge framework, brand assets, service data and reward catalogue presentation, except for user or third-party content.
